Hatha
yoga began in India (some sources say Egypt) and has been practiced
for over 2000 years.
I have over 14 years experience practicing yoga and over 2 years
teaching experience. I have practiced many types of yoga throughout
my career, including Hatha, Kundalini, Bikram, and Ashtanga. I prefer
the Hatha method, but I can tailor my class to suit your needs and
focus on what you want to work on.
Beginners are very welcome, don't be afraid to try it because you
can't turn yourself into a pretzel! Yoga is not a competition, wherever
you are in your practice is perfect for you, over time your flexibility
and strength will increase. If you can breathe, you can practice
yoga.

Yoga class rates are $60 for private 1 hour session.
Group rates are $15 per person for 1 hour session, minimum 4 students.
